Legend Helm is a personal health management application built by Legend Personal Care, LLC for patients and the caregivers who support them. Initial release is planned for Windows, with support for additional platforms planned after that. Legend Helm brings appointments, providers, medications, and health details from across multiple providers into one place — organized, searchable, and entirely under your control.
Health information today is scattered — a portal here, a paper folder there, a provider's memory somewhere in between. Legend Helm exists to put that information back in the hands of the person it's actually about: the patient, or whoever is caring for them.
We do not share your information with anyone you have not already authorized to handle it. Your data is stored only on your own device, encrypted — it never sits unencrypted on our servers or anyone else's. Legend Helm is designed around your existing relationships with your own providers, not new ones we introduce. Every result the app surfaces is meant to be explainable and reviewable by you — not a black box.

Legend Helm only shares your health information with providers you authorize, no one else. Adding new providers requires your authorization before data is shared with the added providers.
When you add a new device, it is set up to use the same encryption key as your other devices — delivered through a process where only your new device sees the entire encryption key. Not even our servers know the entire key. That key lives only in each of your registered device's own secure local storage, never in a form our servers can decrypt. The Legend Helm server relays your encrypted data between your registered devices without keeping a permanent copy and without being able to read it. No decrypted data ever leaves your system.
Legend Helm can import from providers that support FHIR-based data sharing, the same standard behind most patient portals. Support varies by provider.
